LCentral is a reputable Premier English Specialist providing quality enrichment for students from N1 to P6 since 2008. We are seeking a dynamic candidate as a full-time Customer Success Executive.
Customer Success Executives are key to supporting the daily operations of the business and managing customer service relationships.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Ensure the safety and well-being of students
Deliver excellent customer service
Meet brand standards (image and presentation, safety and hygiene)
Establishing excellent rapport with students and customers
Ensuring a positive and nurturing learning environment
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the centre and centre management
Assist in the day-to-day administration of the centre (roster, scheduling, payments, etc.)
Assist in student enrolments (enquiries, assessments, registration, etc.)
Assist in scheduling classes to ensure optimal use of resources (classrooms, materials, etc.)
Proper and timely record keeping
Requirements:
Training will be provided
Proficient in standard English (required)
Customer-oriented (required)
Bilingualism is an advantage
5-day work week
Able to start work immediately
Working Hours
Weekdays - 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Weekends - 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
1 weekend and 1 weekday off
Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Progressive salary increment
