Hotpot Store Keeper & Quality Coordinator

Job Requirements:

• background in warehouse management, quality control, food safety, or related fields preferred.
• Relevant experience in warehouse management, food safety, or quality control within the food service industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations, warehouse management processes, and inventory control, food storage, and quality inspection standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of hotpot ingredients and supplies.
   Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
   Regularly check stock levels to ensure sufficient inventory, minimize shortages, and avoid wastage.
   Coordinate with the procurement department to manage deliveries from suppliers.
   
2. Quality Control:Ensure all ingredients meet food safety and quality standards.
   Regularly inspect the quality, freshness, and expiration dates of products to ensure they meet restaurant standards.
   Conduct routine checks to ensure the correct storage conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) are being followed.
   Address and resolve any quality-related issues, and implement corrective actions when needed.
   Provide training to kitchen and storage staff on food safety and quality management.
   
3. Coordination & Communication:Work closely with the kitchen, procurement team, and suppliers to ensure timely stock delivery and smooth operational flow.
   Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure the consistent supply of quality ingredients.
   Provide regular reports on inventory levels and quality checks to senior management.
   
4. Warehouse & Food Safety Management:Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and complies with health and safety regulations.
   Maintain proper storage conditions for all items in accordance with food safety standards.
   Monitor warehouse conditions regularly to ensure safe food storage.
