Group Finance Manager

Job Description:

· Ensure that processes and controls comply with Accounting Procedures.

· Ensure compliance with internal/external financial reporting and local tax legislation requirements, including the accuracy of primary documents and timely communication of current tax and accounting status and potential risks.

· Handle local accounting of Fixed Assets.

· Oversee the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

· Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations and safeguarding of company assets.

· Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and addressing any audit findings.

· Supervise the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.

· Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

· Manage the local financial aspects of Asean sales companies, including local AP fee review, local AR management, receivable risk management and control (including customer reminders, insurer information submission, etc.), audit coordination, tax declaration, fixed asset management, inventory management.

Job Requirements:

· Strong skills in SAP and Excel.

· Knowledge of local accounting and tax legislation.

· Adequate professional experience in finance/controlling, especially in accounting, finance, and controlling.

· Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in a multinational company with complex accounting, preferably in a similar sector.

· Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Education: Accounting Degree or ACCA

Minimum Experience: 10 years

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel.

Proficient in: Teams, Tencent, and Skype for communication.

Pay: $7,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
