Marketing Executive (Mall and Retail Operations)

Liberte HR is partnered with one of the largest Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) in Asia with a strong presence across Hong Kong and Singapore. In Singapore, the REIT has a solid portfolio which houses some very recognizable shopping malls locally.

The Company is looking to hire for a Marketing Executive (Retail and Mall Operations) for a large premium mall in the west of Singapore. The role will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and activations across a dynamic retail environment. This role will also oversee casual leasing initiatives, including pushcarts, atrium spaces, and advertising panels, with a strong focus on driving footfall and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, plan, and implement creative marketing and promotional campaigns to boost traffic and reinforce the mall’s positioning and visibility.
• Coordinate and manage retail events, mall activations, and seasonal campaigns, working closely with tenants and vendors to ensure alignment and participation.
• Oversee leasing of non-permanent spaces such as pushcarts, atrium booths, and advertising panels—handling enquiries, securing bookings, and managing day-to-day operations.
• Build strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of all marketing and promotional efforts.
• Manage social media content planning and digital marketing activities to extend brand reach and engage target audiences online.
• Support public relations efforts and brand communications to maintain a positive brand image.
• Assist with various marketing-related initiatives that contribute to overall mall performance and customer engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business or associated field.
• Prior experience in retail marketing or mall management, with hands-on exposure to pushcart leasing, event space coordination, and marketing activations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative setting but can also work independently when needed.
