A leading Asian financial infrastructure provider seeks an accomplished Sales professional to join their Singapore team. This organisation is pivotal in capital markets across Asia through its multi-asset platform.
Drive institutional client engagement for derivatives and securities products while developing key relationships across the region.
In this position, you will expand market participation by engaging directly with institutional clients. You'll create tailored strategies to meet cross-sell and up-sell objectives across client segments including hedge funds, CTAs, asset managers, bank trading desks, and proprietary trading firms. Working with product managers, you'll develop marketing content for the organisation's offerings and help implement client incentive programmes to enhance trading activity. The role includes representing the organisation at industry events, monitoring sales performance through internal systems, and managing sales initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance.
You should have a graduate degree with at least 10 years of front-office financial services experience and strong knowledge of equity, FX, commodities, and equity index derivatives. Your background must demonstrate success in client-facing roles with proven revenue generation. Experience with institutional clients in Singapore and Southeast Asia is valuable. Strong communication skills and adaptability are essential. English fluency required; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.
