Delivery Assistant (1 Year Contract)

Principal Responsibilities:

- Assist in loading and unloading of products

- Collecting all rejected products upon approval

- Support truck manoeuvring at customer locations

- Loading and unloading products

- Assisting drivers to find delivery locations

- Assist in compiling accurate delivery records and reports

- Reporting all delivery-related problems to drivers or supervisors

- Effectively communicating with clients and customers to resolve complaints

- Assisting with the unloading of the delivery vehicleat the end of the shift

- Obtaining clients' and customers' signature as an acknowledgement of having received the delivered products

- Other jobs assigned by supervisor/manager
