Job Description and responsibilities:
Develop and implement maintenance plans for all maintenance related projects.
Ensure maintenance activities are completed on time, cost effective and complies with quality guidelines.
Lead and manage maintenance team including training, scheduling and performance evaluations
Responsible for managing team of workers and supervisors including their statutory welfare and ensure they are trained in safety procedures, equipment handling and troubleshooting.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, compliance with regulatory and company standards and mitigate risks on project sites.
Possess strong knowledge of workplace safety and health regulations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and incident logs.
Provide monthly updates and detailed reports to management and clients on maintenance activites, maintenance costs, and any challenges.
Prepare monthly reports on workers and supervisors schedule.
Act as the primary contact for clients and consultants concerning maintenance and defect rectification works.
Manage relationships and co-ordinate with suppliers, negotiate service contracts, and ensure materials meet project specifications.
