Job Descriptions:
Handle loading, unloading, and organizing warehouse cargo and items.
Transport and relocate warehouse cargo and items as required.
Adhere to height, weight, and special handling guidelines when stacking, moving, and arranging items on pallets based on storage plans.
Identify operational gaps, maintenance needs, or repair requirements.
Report warehousing issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.
Conduct warehouse operations following 5S principles (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
Participate in activities aimed at enhancing the quality of logistics services.
Carry out container stuffing and unstuffing operations.
Implement cargo or material-handling security protocols.
Support the department in incident or crisis management efforts.
Assist in applying methods and techniques to manage time- and temperature-sensitive cargo.
Perform cargo consolidation tasks.
Conduct shipment consolidation activities.
Execute transhipment and transloading operations.
Assist in managing dangerous goods using appropriate methods and techniques.
Participate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) activities to ensure personal compliance with safety standards.
Identify and highlight WSH shortcomings in existing processes.
Conduct safety and health risk assessments.
Maintain safety, health, and operational quality standards.
Report WSH incidents promptly.
Assist in implementing the latest technology to improve operations within your work area.
Operate technology, electronic tools, and devices as required.
Collaborate with team members to support technology-related projects.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
Ability to work in hot and humid environments.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Capable of multitasking and working effectively under pressure.
