Lovisa Opportunity:

• Leasing Executive for the Lovisa stores in Singapore and Malaysia
  
  • Negotiation of New Sites across the Singapore and Malaysia portfolio
  • Negotiation of renewals of existing store network
  • Sourcing and securing mid lease abatements / rent reductions
  • Advising stakeholders on Property related issues in Singapore and Malaysia
  • Gaining and maintaining strong network across both landlords and retailers to be able to leverage off those
  contacts
  
  • Determining sales expectation of New stores to ensure the sales verses rent ratio is sustainable
  • Manage the lease renewal process to Lovisa advantage (this may involve delaying of or early renewals for particular
  lease.)
  
  • Construct other tactical and strategic actions that ensures Occupancy and IRR objectives are met.
  • Regular interstate travel to secure new sites and inspect existing store network
  • Ensuring the EBITDA of the company is growing with each deal
  • Dealing with any other ad hoc property related matters from time to time
