Senior FP&A Analyst (Luxury Fashion)

Our Client:

Our Client is an Italian luxury fashion house founded in Milan. We seek a Regional Senior FP&A to support the Senior Finance Manager in the coordination and preparation of budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.

Job Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Business Case Support: Contribute to investment proposals and new business models by identifying risks and opportunities.
• Performance Monitoring: Track actual results against forecasts and budgets, provide variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver timely financial reporting and support data-driven decision-making.
• Process & System Improvements: Recommend and implement enhancements to financial processes, tools, and systems for greater efficiency.

Job Requirements

• University Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or Business-related disciplines
• Working experience in luxury retail or fashion industry
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience with more than 3 years of experience in financial/business analysis and supporting business teams. Preferably with experience in business partnering.
• Advanced Excel skills in building complex financial models and exposure to ERP/Accounting systems.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
