ACCOUNTANT(Hybrid) (West, Central, East)

Job Description

• Oversee month-end closing for fixed assets, AR/AP, and recharges, ensuring accurate quarterly reports to HQ.
• Maintain and audit the fixed assets register annually, ensuring IFRS compliance.
• Complete monthly closures, including journal entries, accruals, and ERP updates.
• Coordinate inter-company transactions and manage master data for accurate balances.
• Supervise AR processes, including collections and reconciliation of payments in ERP.
• Generate aging reports and conduct annual credit limit reviews per HQ guidelines.
• Prepare audit schedules and documentation for compliance with statutory requirements.
• Streamline financial procedures, focusing on automation and alignment with policies.
• Work cross-functionally on ad-hoc projects as needed.

Job Requirement:

• Qualifications: Degree in Accountancy or similar professional accounting qualification.
• Experience: 2-5 years in a relevant environment with strong knowledge of accounting standards.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, and ERP (preferred).
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and detail-oriented.
• Traits: Hands-on approach, independent worker, inquisitive, and a good team player.
