Job Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
Assist with the end-to-end recruitment processes
Coordinate and schedule interview sessions with candidates, recruitment agencies, and hiring managers
Prepare employment agreements for successful candidates
Update and track hiring status for regular reporting
Manage the background screening process, flagging discrepancies and ensuring clearance before onboarding
Onboarding and Offboarding
Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring smooth transitions
Set up and coordinate all logistics for first day of new hire onboarding
Oversee the enrolment of employees in the benefit program
Maintain an accurate HR database, update employee’s information in HRIS system
HR Support
Process government claims and ensure timely submission
Assist in organising internal training sessions, employee engagement activities and organisation chart update
Administer training registration and maintain training records
Assist in answering employee queries regarding HR-related matters
Undertake other HR duties/projects as assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in recruitment support and HR Administration
Good understanding of local labour laws and regulations
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Good communication skills, both written and spoken
Strong attention to details and good interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS software (e.g. SuccessFactors) and job boards
