Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and implementing evaluation frameworks for knowledge bots and task-oriented dialogue systems.
• Conduct literature reviews to identify state-of-the-art evaluation methods and metrics.
• Develop and test evaluation tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with the Advanced Analytics team to integrate evaluation processes into the development cycle.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong academic record with coursework in natural language processing, machine learning, or related areas.
