Admin Assistant- $2500-$2800- Penjuru Place

Basic Salary: $2500-$2800

Working hours: 8am- 5pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Scope:

• Handle general company affairs and administrative tasks.
• Manage daily administration, documentation, and coordination.
• Organize and maintain records and data efficiently.
• Prepare documents for incoming stock, sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
• Assist sales team in coordination with the customers
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• With administrative role experience is necessary
• MS Word savvy
• Committed and responsible
• Fresh O level, ITE or poly graduates
• Willing to work in the West (Penjuru Place)
