0505 Operations Support Staff/School/Woodlands

Contract Period: From 01 June 2025 to 31 May 2026.Option to extend the Contract for a further period of 1 year (01 June 2026 to 31 May 2027)

Working hour:

During Morning Shift:

· Mondays to Fridays: 6.00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

During Afternoon Shift:

Mondays to Fridays: 9.30am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing of school premises as per schedule.
• Maintaining general cleanliness of equipment and workplace
• Providing logistical support for school events and activities
• Setting up and arranging furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Operating and maintaining basic office equipment and materials
• Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as operations support staff or in a similar role.
• Preferably experience in a similar work environment (e.g., educational institutions, corporate offices, etc.).
• Medically fit and able to perform physical tasks associated with the role.
• Strong ability to work effectively as a team player and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• Good communication and inter-personal skills to interact effectively with staff, students, and other stakeholders.
