We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our team and support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns for our FMCG clients. In this role, you will work closely with the Account Director to manage project timelines, coordinate operational elements, and ensure the smooth delivery of campaigns. You will play a key role in supporting the team and ensuring that all client deliverables are met on time, within budget, and aligned with creative objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Account Director in the day-to-day management of integrated marketing campaigns, assisting with timelines, logistics, and operational tasks to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
- Manage and track project timelines, ensuring that key milestones such as presentations, approvals, production schedules, and creative campaign implementation are met.
- Assist in coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure that client briefs are executed effectively and in line with client expectations.
- Help monitor the financial aspects of the account, ensuring adherence to budgets and keeping track of project costs and expenses.
- Provide support during production phases, helping to manage timelines, vendors, and deliverables, ensuring that production processes are efficient and aligned with client goals.
- Collaborate with the Account Director to maintain strong client relationships and communicate project updates, challenges, and deliverables in a clear and timely manner.
- Contribute to the preparation and delivery of client presentations and reports, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including job charges, project tracking, and keeping detailed records of campaign progress.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in account management or client servicing within an advertising agency or related field.
- Available to work in Singapore without requiring sponsorship.
- Prior experience in managing production projects, including working with production teams, coordinating timelines, and ensuring delivery of final assets.
- Familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns, including video production, print, digital, social media, and other through-the-line elements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized while juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients, ensuring clear updates and information flow.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to support and collaborate with senior team members.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and building positive relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of specific tasks, while also being a dedicated team player.
