Job Posting for Accounts Cum Admin Executive at MCONNECT CONSULTING PTE. LTD.
Job Scope & Responbilities:
Manage full sets of accounts, including the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Financial month end closing
Oversee accounts receivable collections
Prepare bank reconciliations, process cheque/Giro payments, and manage petty cash.
Coordinate and liaise with external parties like auditors, tax agents and tax authorities
Responsible for all duties related to Human Resources,
Oversee monthly payroll processing, CPF/EPF submissions, tax filings, and insurance-related matters.
Handle GST submission
Responsible of IRAS AIS, IR8A, Corporate tax, Income tax etc.
Handling other admin duties
Perform any other ad hoc duties when required.
Projects
Monitor Project Claim Status and Contract Performance Obligation Fulfilment
Updating and Monitoring the Summary List of Outstanding Receivables, Prepare Reminder Claims/ Letter of Demand if required
Update List for Project Claim Forecast, Sales Register, Project Account, Accrual Summary, Reclassification list and Perform Variances Analysis
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate /Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Able to work independently and with a team.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
