- lead a team of bim draftperson to prepare shop drawings, sketch etc

- using autocad / revit / microstation to draw shop drawings, sketches and as built drawings

- coordination of P&S drawings

- quantity take off

- local projects only

- prepare reports

- liaise with sub contractors, suppliers, main contractors and other project team members

- attend meetings with sub contractors, suppliers, main contractors and other project team members

- 5.5 days work week
