DESIGNATION : HR Operations Advisor (6-month Contract)

RESPONSIBILITIES

The HR Operations Executive will support various HR functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and efficient HR processes. This role involves a mix of administrative, documentation, and coordination tasks and requires strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and process document requests to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Verify sales incentive amounts using Excel and obtain necessary email approvals.
  • Prepare and process documents related to work pass applications.
  • Draft and issue Letters of Appointment and other HR-related documentation.
  • Assist in managing access requests for the internal HR Hub.
  • Coordinate the collation and return of security passes for offboarding employees.
  • Support the onboarding team by organizing electronic files and cleaning up documentation for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant with internal policies.

Requirements:

  • 13 years of experience in HR operations or administrative support preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
