Roles And Responsibilities

  • Establish a solid working relationship with Merkle clients.
  • Support the Client Success Manager in all client requests, ensuring that projects and deliverables and are met with quality and timeliness.
  • Work collaboratively with delivery teams and subject matter experts to evaluate client needs regarding their objectives and goals.
  • Work with the delivery team to support the projects with the client.
  • Maintain client-related process to ensure smooth client relationship and minimal client escalations.
  • Willing to go the extra mile by proactively looking for opportunities that will surprise and delight your client.
  • Assist with additional ad hoc tasks to support the team as and when required.


Requirements

  • Education to degree level in advertising, media or similar
  • 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably digital agencies.
  • Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with short deadlines
  • Excellent analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on feedbacks
  • Good communicator, comfortable with showing what data means and how we can take action based upon it
  • Ability to take the clients and internal teams from chaos to clarity.
