Job Posting for Community Partnership Executive at Metta Welfare Association
Job Purpose
As a key member of the Fundraising and Community Partnership team, the Community Partnership Executive will play a vital role in supporting corporate fundraising efforts, cultivating donor relationships, executing campaigns and events, and ensuring impactful engagement with stakeholders to advance Metta’s mission.
Main Responsibilities
Corporate Engagement & Fundraising Support
Identify and research potential corporate sponsors and donors to expand Metta’s corporate engagement network.
Assist in the development of compelling fundraising proposals, presentation decks, and tailored pitches to engage partners.
Event & Campaign Support
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of major fundraising events and digital campaigns.
Oversee event logistics, volunteer coordination, and provide post-event support and reporting.
Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure event success and excellent participant experience.
Donor Stewardship
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, corporate partners, and donors to encourage long-term involvement.
Draft thank-you letters, donor impact reports, email updates, and regular touchpoints to enhance donor engagement.
Ensure timely follow-ups and sustained communication for ongoing partnerships.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate records of fundraising activities, donor databases, and partnership outcomes.
Analyze fundraising performance data to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Provide administrative support including donation tracking, acknowledgment letters, invoicing, and documentation.
Other Duties
Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager or Deputy Executive Director.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in fundraising, preferably within social service agencies.
Minimum Diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
Passionate about contributing to the social service sector and Metta’s mission.
Strong command of English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Proactive and able to multi-task, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
A collaborative team player who is self-motivated and requires minimal supervision.
Results-driven, creative, resourceful, and committed to excellence.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
