Department: Test Engineering

Project Title: Machine Availability Improvement thru Predictive Maintenance with the help of Machine alarm log Data Automation.

Project Description: As an Engineering Intern, in conjunction with ongoing Equipment Improvement programs scheduled between 2024-2025, the candidate will collaborate on projects to enhance Burn Equipment performance by implementing predictive maintenance through data automation and exploring other improvements in the Burn Equipment that enhance Machine Availability, Safety, Quality, or Cost.

Deliverables:

• Able to understand the operation and maintenance of various Burn Equipment
• Implement a datamation system that monitor and track machine alarms, create visualization on top alarms. Set target limit with notification via email / Teams app if triggered
• Collaborate with Burn Engineering team and on another Department to explore further improvement opportunities on Burn Equipment

Skillset Required:

• Datamation skill ( Tableau, Power BI, Database SQL,Python, etc)
• Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Strong systems and critical thinking capabilities
• Highly self-motivated and outcome oriented
• Ability to learn quickly
• Willingness to dig deep on any topic

Course of interests: BE/BS/BBA in Mechanical. Electronics, Mechatronics with Data analytics related courses

Duration Period: min 5 months (May 2025 to Sept 2025)
