Job Description
As a Channel Management Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners across the APAC region. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, ensuring brand visibility, and optimizing channel performance in the home appliances industry.
Office Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
Office Location: 158 Cecil Street
Key Responsibilities
Channel Development & Management
Manage and expand relationships with distributors, retailers, and related channel partners.
Identify and onboard new channel partners to enhance market penetration.
Ensure alignment of channel strategies with overall business objectives.
Sales & Performance Management
Work with partners to achieve sales targets and improve sell-through rates.
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Provide regular reports and insights to management on channel performance.
Operational Coordination
Coordinate fund support across business units, including reimbursement, data reporting and other related operational duties.
Ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines.
Address any operational issues and work on continuous improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, branding, and product marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of channel strategies.
Act as the main point of contact between the related stakeholders.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or related fields.
Experience: 1-3 years in Channel Management or Business Development regionally. Fresh graduates from abovementioned Degree disciplines are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must. Fluency in Chinese is highly advantageous, as there will be interactions with native Chinese speaking counterparts.
Travel Frequency: Once a month within APAC region.
Skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Knowledge of CRM tools (nice to have) and sales processes.
Analytical and strategic thinking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
