To provide secretarial supports, travel arrangement and expense management to our Senior Management Executives and Portfolio Managers.
Perform day-to-day tasks including, but not limited to, file organization, booking travel, research requested information, archiving, preparing pre-meeting materials for review.
Arrange, confirm, and manage detailed calendars, scheduling meetings and related logistics.
To handle business correspondence, confidential documents, such as license applications.
Work on ad-hoc duties as assigned by Senior Management and PMs.
Other related projects and duties as requested.
Qualifications/Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity with an excellent performance track record.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others.
Quick learner, detail oriented; demonstrable thoroughness and strong ownership of work.
Ability and willingness to learn new computer based systems (travel, expense, etc).
Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment; high sense of urgency.
