The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company’s real estate asset management portfolio. This role focuses on sales, market research, and networking to expand the company’s reach and attract new clients.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify potential clients, investors, and corporate partners for real estate asset management services.
  • Conduct outreach via cold calling, emails, networking, and social media to generate new business leads.
  • Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients to present company services and investment opportunities.
  • Maintain a database of leads and track engagement using CRM tools.

2. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze competitors’ business strategies and value propositions to improve the company’s market positioning.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on research findings.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Support the sales process by preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for potential clients.
  • Assist in negotiating terms of service and closing deals under the guidance of senior business development professionals.

4. Networking & Relationship Management

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to establish connections and promote the company’s brand.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service to nurture long-term partnerships.

5. Administrative & Reporting Duties

  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, including client interactions and deal progress.
  • Prepare reports on business development performance, including lead conversion rates and sales pipeline updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts with broader company strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • No prior real estate experience required; 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales and lead generation strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of financial concepts and market research techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
