Job Duties:

• Lead and manage performance acquisition and branding campaigns across digital biddable media channels (search engines, social, display) in the Japanese Market
• Own SEO strategy, optimising technical, content, and linking approaches to improve keyword rankings and develop content plans to enhance site performance.
• Oversee on-page and off-page SEO initiatives to increase traffic, conversion rates, revenue, and profitability, while tracking and analysing performance.
• Collaborate with local market leads and IT teams to ensure timely SEO implementations and provide recommendations for optimizing business KPIs.
• Monitor and review advertising, serving, and analytics platforms (Google, Facebook) to ensure effective performance and alignment with the group’s requirements.
• Manage a team to achieve targets for owned markets, while developing strong relationships with LBU stakeholders for smooth communication on performance and technical matters.

Job Requirements:

• Must be fluent in Japanese to liaise effectively with Japanese stakeholders.
• Experience in managing digital campaigns across Paid, Earned, and Owned channels (SEO, social media, display ads).
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building strategies to improve rankings and drive traffic.
