NEW* 6 Months Funds Operations Analyst (Banks)

• Hybrid working arrangement
• Monday to Friday, 9 – 6pm
• Working Location: Mapletree Business City

Job Duties:

• Ensure all transactions are processed timely and accurately by managers and institutional clients.
• Ensure efficient funding for payment / settlement of purchases
• Processing of capital call and distributions
• Processing private equity funds for fund investment activities
• Ensure optimal levels of client service
• Efficient administration and accurate valuation of the funds’ Net Asset Value (NAV)
• Ensure good day-to-day co-operation and communication with the inter-department as well as inter-divisions within the department
• Perform assigned duties to achieve overall smooth daily operations

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Banking and Finance, Accountancy, business related field or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years experience in Fund Accounting/ Accounts
• Able to start in short notice
