NEW* Procurement Specialist (US MNC)

• This role is for a well-established global MNC Technology Firm.
• Contract position
• Hybrid working arrangement

Job Duties:

• Be an extension of the Global Supply Chain Team's Sourcing Managers to provide the tactical contract and procurement support.
• Contract Services Procurement
• Conduct regional/site specific RFPs of multiple sites in parallel, perform commercial bid evaluation
• Critically appraise contracts documents to ensure requisite quality.
• Coordinate with related stakeholders to ensure timely routing of contract for signatory.
• Provide support in the areas of contract services procurement, contract execution, and supplier onboarding.
• Onboard new Regional/Site suppliers, facilitate vendor
• Ensure supplier vendor codes are ready in the system for contract issuance prior to the RFP process by working closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with good exposure to professional services procurement (indirect). The ideal candidate would be well versed in end-to-end RFP processes as well.
• At least 5 years years of Indirect Sourcing (Procurement) experience, Contract management experience would be secondary.
• Well-versed in program / project management
• Proven track-record of managing high demands and high attention to detail given the nature of the role
• Able to start in short notice/immediate are preferred
