Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for pre-sales enquiries, sales, post-sale customer service and on-going customer relationship management.
Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
Communicate with customers to understand their requirements, needs and address any questions or issues customers may have.
Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities.
Managing customer’s enquiries or policies in order for existing customers to remain satisfied with company products and services.
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Using sales scripts provided by the company as a guidance to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
Gathering and documenting customer information, purchases and call outcomes in the designated CRM or tracking tools.
Well versed of insurance products and services.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/ GCE ‘O’ level with at least 1 year of relevant work experience doing outbound sales preferably in Call Centre environment.
Energetic, outgoing personality and sales oriented.
Independent and a fast leaner with initiative
Able to converse fluently in English.
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Working Hours & Benefits:
Location: Tai Seng (Beside MRT)
Monday - Friday ( 10am - 7pm, 1 hour lunch)
Attractive remuneration package, monthly salary and commission based on sales, annual leave entitlement etc.
