Product Manager

Job Overview:

MOVA Tech is looking for a Product Manager/Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative consumer products. You will be responsible for defining product strategies, gathering market insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring high-quality products to market. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback collection to identify opportunities and pain points.
• Collaborate with R&D, design, and engineering teams to develop innovative products that meet market needs.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Define product requirements, specifications, and user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences to drive product innovation.
• Communicate product vision and strategy effectively across all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, or related industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including R&D, design, engineering, and marketing.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
• Passion for technology, innovation, and user-centric product design.
