Perform administrative tasks including costing, quotation preparation, billing, and job file follow-up. Respond to client emails and inquiries promptly and professionally. Ensure accurate and timely data updates in Salesforce, in line with standard operating procedures. Collect and share client feedback to support ongoing service improvement. Job Requirements: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the logistics industry. Familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage. Proficient in spoken English with strong interpersonal communication.
