Job Description:

• Review the scope of works for each project and ensure it sits within our key competencies and the business targets
• Set and cascade the strategy for capturing new clients.
• Understands new client needs and opportunities of services within Organization's capabilities
• Identify customer key drivers and develop value add differentiators.
• Develop and implement the business development strategies
• Ensure the Business development and, marketing initiatives are selected and targeted in alignment with the management and the need of growth in specific segments.
• Ensure that an integrated team culture exists and that the project team / taskforce personnel fully understand the scope and execution strategy
• Works in the design and execution of marketing activities
• Through effective lead generation and lead nurturing generates a high-quality Pipeline
• Ensure the company understands and is focused on market drivers

Job Requirements

• 10 years in project management, and at least 7 years business development roles
• Preferred project experience in Semiconductor field.
• Minimum degree in engineering, business management or sales
• Knowledge and understanding of project management and tendering processes including internal procedure and timelines
