Sales Executive (Basic up $4300/Fastener/West)

• Salary: Basic up $4300 $200 Transport Allowance
• Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm (1 day WFH after probation)
• Location: West Coast
• Permanent Role 14 AL AWS VB (Up to 2 months)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage key accounts, prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate deliveries and shipping documents.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Liaise with internal teams (Purchasing, QA, Store) on purchase requisitions, supplier deliveries, and QA reports.
• Issue work orders and follow up on assembly, packaging, and First Article samples.
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiate with decision-makers, and forecast market needs to meet customer demand.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or Business with 3–5 years of sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Dynamics 365 experience is a plus.
