The successful candidate will: Be responsible for maximizing Murata sales opportunities by promoting product growth and account direction for assigned accounts. Position is accountable for emerging core business creation.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
To manage a group of customers assigned by the management and perform sales activities to achieve sales target of the sales division.
To develop existing Communication Industry customers and to develop new Automotive Industry customers for business revenue expansion.
To find new opportunities and support customer design in activities. Align with internal Product Team to Conduct Sales Promotion activities to prospective and existing customers.
To develop and implement business plans to increase share and sales amount for each assigned account.
Sales activities include pre and post price negotiation activities, sales visits to customer, sales budget planning, monitoring of orders and payment, forecast reports preparation etc.
To develop multi-level business partnership with each assigned account and strive to achieve high level of customer satisfaction within the customer.
To work closely with internal functions (like marketing, customer service, logistic, production) to provide high level of sales service to assigned accounts.
Ability / Competency Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or any engineering field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales experience, preferably has electronics industry.
Strong interpersonal skills, analytical, with a flair for numbers.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Able to work well as a team player while being independent and pro-active.
Positive attitude in challenging work environment.
Internal Customer orientation and great problem solving skills required.
A self starter who enjoys interacting with others.
Aspire to achieve high level of individual performance along with a desire to serve the customers.
