Research Fellow position at Asst Prof Franklin Zhong's lab at LKCMedicine.
Asst Prof Franklin Zhong’s research group at LKC School of Medicine is looking for a postdoctoral fellow to join ongoing research on human innate immunity. We are particularly interested in PhD scientist which strong background in molecular biology and animal disease modeling.
Responsibilities:
Modeling human diseases in rodents
Analyzing mouse phenotypes in peripheral blood and secondary lymphoid organs
Performing molecular biology experiments to understand signaling pathways involved in innate immunity
Data analysis and reporting
Preparing manuscripts for scientific publication
Key Competencies and Education Requirements:
PhD in molecular biology, immunology or related disciplines
Previous experience working with animal models of disease is a must
Experience with immunophenotyping, common serological assays and macrophage and T cell functional assays
