Job summary

The incumbent will be part of the Global Finance team (based in Singapore), supporting day-day accounting and finance operations.

Key Areas of Focus

• Perform general accounting, AP/AR aging review
• Perform account analysis to make sure that entries and balances are accurate
• Reconcile accounts with the general ledger on a regular basis
• Supplier invoice reconciliation and posting
• External and internal invoice billing
• Staff claims processing
• Prepare customer invoices
• Involved in annual and interim external and internal audits

Good to have

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or related studies
• About 2 years of Accounting & Finance experience
• Display a high degree of integrity and professionalism
• Have a strong eye for details. Team player
