Job Posting for PRO cum Site Admin (Construction site) at NEWCON BUILDERS PTE. LTD.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage and oversee all the day-to-day office administrative functions and ensure the upkeep of the site office.
Handle general admin such as answering of phone calls, filing, scanning, and maintaining records.
Support site on requisitions, maintaining accurate records of orders and delivery orders.
Coordinate and arrange necessary courses for site staff and workers.
Assist in coordinating time sheets, leave applications, training programs, medical claims, and other employee-related administrative matters.
Maintain and update staff details such as residential address and contact.
Prepare and manage staff and project petty cash claim
Liaise closely with the Head Office’s Administration and HR Department.
Develop and implement Public Relation with the external stakeholders.
Work closely with Project Team and initiate proactive measures to mitigate complaints.
Manage feedbacks and complaints from external stakeholders.
Generate reports on feedbacks/complaints received.
Maintain and attend to the hotline phone-calls.
Ensure proper document filing and organization.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in related field
Required Skill(s): Communication, Analytical, General Administration Experience
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
