Schedule Management: Organize and maintain the Director’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
Communication Support: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and take detailed messages promptly and professionally.
Draft, proofread, and send correspondence, including emails, memos, letters, and other documents on behalf of the Director.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take accurate and comprehensive notes during meetings, and follow up on action items.
Time & Task Management: Assist the Director with daily planning and time management to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Errands & Personal Tasks: Run ad hoc errands and support personal tasks as required to help streamline the Director's day-to-day activities.
Travel Arrangement: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, hotel bookings, visa applications, ground transportation, and detailed travel schedules.
Event & Engagement Coordination: Assist in organizing events, meetings, and speaking engagements by handling logistics, invitations, and coordination with external parties.
Travel Requirement: Must be willing and available to travel domestically and internationally with the Director as required.
