User Experience Designer

We are looking for a skilled UX Designer with experience in public sector projects to create intuitive, visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in user-centered design, visual design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

User-Centered Design:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
• Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.

Visual Design:

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual design language.
• Design pixel-perfect interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.

Interaction Design:

• Define interactions and animations for enhanced user experience.
• Ensure intuitive navigation and user journeys.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers and developers.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles.

Prototyping and Testing:

• Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing.
• Iterate and refine designs based on feedback.

Design Documentation:

• Prepare design specifications, style guides, and assets.
• Maintain organized design files.

Ideal candidate:

• 5-6 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio
• Experience with C3 systems is a definite advantage
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS).
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
