Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Strategy & Operations Consultant to join our dynamic consulting team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will lead and manage large-scale transformation projects for clients in the financial services sector, with a particular focus on technology transformation, risk management, and go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex client engagements in strategy, operations, and risk advisory.
  • Design and implement target operating models, business process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including stakeholder engagement, solution design, and implementation.
  • Drive business development activities, client account growth, and contract renewals.
  • Lead talent development, mentoring junior consultants and supporting recruitment initiatives.
  • Support special strategic initiatives from the C-suite, including employee engagement and internal transformation.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of consulting experience, with a strong focus on financial services (banking, asset or wealth management).
  • Proven track record in enterprise risk management, business process transformation, and technology implementation.
  • Experience in leading multi-million-dollar transformation engagements across global teams.
  • Strong client-facing, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with C-level stakeholders and cross-border teams.

Educational & Professional Qualifications:

  • MBA from a recognized university (School of Business preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
  • PMP certified (Project Management Professional).
  • ACCA Certificate in IFRS is a strong plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, workflow automation, and digital platform implementations.
  • Knowledge of compliance management systems and Reg-Tech tools.
  • Strong change management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
