Human Resource Assistant ( 5 day week – Jurong East)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.

• Prepare monthly payroll for supporting companies

• New employee onboarding process – prepare letter of appointment, conduct briefing

• Process work passes application (WP, SPass, EP), renewal, and cancellation.

•Prepare headcount working hours reports for billings & other admin duties or tasks as assigned

Qualification Requirements

• GCE N Level

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel

Gross Salary $1400 to $1700
