AI/ML Researcher

We are working with a tech company, and as part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for AI/ML Researcher to join their Singapore team.

The package is competitive at SGD 73,200 - 111,600 / year (excluding bonus).

Were hiring an AI Researcher with expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning to build generative AI/ML solutions using TensorFlow and PyTorch. Key focus areas include computer vision, NLP, audio analytics, and large vision language models (LVLM).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct AI/ML research, focusing on NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.
• Design and optimize supervised, semi-supervised, and unsupervised learning algorithms.
• Collaborate with engineers to apply research in real-world applications.
• Document research and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements:

• Masters/PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• 2-4 years R&D experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Computer vision
  • Natural language processing (LLM core components: joint entity relation, information retrieval, prompt engineering, reasoning, sentiment analysis, guardrails)
  • Generative AI (e.g., synthetic data generation)
  • Audio analytics
  • Large vision language models (LVLM)
  • Embodied AI
• Proficiency in Python/C , TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Strong analytical skills and good communication.
