Job Posting for Program Manager (Opentext) at NTT DATA, Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and direct concurrent OpenText implementation projects, including Content Suite, Documentum, Extended ECM, and TeamSite platforms, ensuring coordination of multiple related workstreams toward shared business objectives
Partner with stakeholders to shepherd OpenText solutions from initial concept through successful implementation, migration, and user adoption
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and efficiently managing escalations within the OpenText ecosystem
Deliver solutions as defined in project scope, maintaining baselined budget and timelines while upholding quality standards and exceeding client expectations
Apply rigorous scope control and change management using OpenText's recommended implementation frameworks and methodologies
Document and mitigate risks and issues specific to content management implementations and migrations
Provide clear, consistent communication to all stakeholders, translating technical OpenText concepts for business audiences
Support sales teams during pre-sales activities by developing accurate project scopes, timelines, and costs for OpenText implementations, including client presentations during tender processes
Identify opportunities for additional OpenText services and products based on client needs and business objectives
Coordinate cross-functional project teams through effective task delegation, resource assignment, and program management across OpenText technologies
Oversee OpenText platform testing, training, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful client adoption
Knowledge and Attributes:
Demonstrated expertise with OpenText products including Content Server, Documentum, xECM, InfoArchive, or other OpenText solutions
Advanced project management skills with specific experience implementing enterprise content management systems
Strong understanding of OpenText's implementation methodologies and best practices
Ability to build trusted relationships with both internal teams and external clients in complex technical environments
Exceptional customer satisfaction management with experience handling escalations related to content management implementations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical OpenText concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Outstanding team-building capabilities and proven success in high-pressure technology implementation environments
Advanced ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex OpenText workstreams simultaneously
Strong business acumen with understanding of how OpenText solutions deliver ROI for different industries
Self-motivated with passion for content management technology and commitment to project success

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
Project Management certification (PMP or Prince2) required
