This role provides strategic leadership to elevate the Graduate College's publicity, marketing, and branding efforts.
The key responsibilities include:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to NTU's research programmes, ensure a diverse and high quality of applicants
Design and execute impactful recruitment campaigns to effectively communicate NTU's strength and opportunities in research programmes
Lead and manage all aspects of the Graduate College's publicity and branding initiatives, including the publication of a quarterly newsletter and the continuous enhancement of GC webpages, to ensure consistent and impactful messaging that strengthen GC's brand identity and visibility among stakeholders
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or business degrees
At least 10 years of relevant working experience in marketing, branding
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of latest marketing trends and best practices
