Senior Executive, Student Administration

Established in 1981, the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) https://www.ntu.edu.sg/eee is one of the founding Schools of the Nanyang Technological University. Built on a culture of excellence, the school is renowned for its high academic standards and research. It is one of the largest EEE schools in the world, with more than 120 faculty members and an enrolment of more than 4,000, of which about 2,000 are graduate students.

We invite applications for the position of Senior Executive, Student Administration. The incumbent shall support admission as well as postgraduate student research and academic related activities to enhance student's learning experience.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage all financial matters related to scholarships, PI/RCs funded stipends and tuition fees disbursement.
• Support student-related activities such as processing scholarship renewal, annual progress report, Supervisor and Thesis Advisory Committee report, Qualifying Examination cum confirmation and monitor GAP, seminars and short courses requirement.
• Compiling and preparing reports related to assigned tasks.
• Provide academic and administrative advisory support services to students and faculty.
• Any other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with relevant administrative experience is preferred
• Previous experience in higher education, particularly in admissions or administration of academic programmes, is advantageous.
• Has high competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and others)
• Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills
• Highly motivated individual with strong analytic skills, a keen eye for details, can multi-task and work independently and is a fast learner.
