JOB DESCRIPTION

Work closely with the research team and early childhood education professionals to design and administer questionnaires and conduct focus group discussions.
Liaise with childcare centre colleagues, families to coordinate data collection.
Organise research data and maintain research records while ensuring completeness and accuracy of data collected.
Support preparation of proposals, reports and presentations when required.

Qualification/Requirement

Minimum Diploma and above
Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace
Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Excel or Google Sheets

Possess good verbal and written communication skills
Great organisation and time management skills
Attention to details and comfortable to work with data sets i.e. consolidation of questionnaire responses
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Self-directed learner who actively picks up new skills to design solutions for challenges faced
