Job Scope
To prepare, manage and file documentsa and provide daily administrative support.
Responsibilities include typing contracts, archiving files and ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience reviewing commercial documents along with the ability to spot errors.
Ultimately, you will support procedures maintaining transparent, up-to-date and easily traceable documents.
Requirements
Prepare documents for review and oversee daily administrative operations
Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts
Review and update documents (e.g. manuals, SOPs and workflows)
Distribute necessary documents or communications to internal team members
Oersee and ensure timely filing of documents in digital records
Create templates for future use
Prepare invoicing, billing, PO creation and payments when needed
Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed
Project administrative and support duties etc
About You:
Diploma / BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field
