• Reception Services:

  • Professional handling of switchboard calls and visitor management.
  • Maintain visitor logs and coordinate with internal staff.

• Administrative Support:

  • Conference room booking and calendar management.
  • Mail handling and courier arrangements.
  • Office supplies procurement and inventory management.
  • Basic data entry and document preparation.

• Facility Management:

  • Coordinate with Facility Management service vendor on maintenance issues.
  • Ensure office cleanliness and organization.
  • Serve as a safety ambassador for office environment.

• Assigned Personnel Qualifications:

  • Minimum A Level / Diploma Qualification.
  • 1-3 years relevant administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
