At our company, a dedicated Property Manager will be:
Responsible for the daily operation of the buildings or condominiums
Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the project
Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors
Lead a team of personnel of providing maintenance, finance, security, fire safety and car park management
Ensure all contract works or routine servicing are carried out accordingly as specified in their contracts agreement
Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender
Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings
Job Requirement
Possess Diploma or Degree in Real Estate Management or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate Management or related field
Love working with People and is able to communicate with people of all level
Strong leadership quality and problem solver
Good communication and written skill
Able to start immediately will be advantageous
Able to prioritise tasks and passion in buildings management
