Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Shop Assistant to provide excellent customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling sales transactions, restocking products, and maintaining a clean and organized retail space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.

• Handle cash and card transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure shelves are well-stocked.

• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and unpacking stock.

• Monitor product displays and arrange items to enhance visual appeal.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.

• Support store promotions and sales campaigns.

• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
